How a visit goes
1. Book a time
Pick a service or a stylist and a free time. Cuts are confirmed straight away; colour and treatments within the hour.
2. Fifteen minutes of talking
Every appointment starts with a consultation. Bring photos, tell us how you dry your hair.
3. Pay at the studio
No deposit for cuts. Colour and treatments hold RM 50, taken off the bill on the day.
Bridal, events or a group
Send the date, the place and how many people. We reply with a quote within a day.
Before you book
Do I need a patch test for colour?
Yes, 48 hours before any colour service, even if you have coloured before. Walk into either studio any afternoon; it takes five minutes and there is nothing to book.
How long will my appointment take?
A cut is about an hour, full colour two, balayage three. Every service shows its time on the booking page.
What if I need to cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation to cancel or move the booking up to 24 hours ahead, and the deposit moves with it. Later than that, message us; the deposit is kept. Cuts have no deposit, but a heads-up still helps.
Do you do bridal or event hair?
Yes, at either studio or on location within the Klang Valley. Send the date and the number of people through the quote form and we reply within a day.
