We opened in 2018 with one chair, one basin and a rule: nobody gets a cut they cannot dry themselves.
There are two studios and six chairs now, in Bangsar and TTDI. The rule has not moved. The photos you bring are useful; the honest answer to "how long do you spend on it in the morning" is more useful.
Most of our clients came from a friend who stopped fighting their hair every morning. That is still the only advertising that works for us.
Every appointment, new client or not, starts with a conversation: how you dry it, how long you give it, what went wrong last time. Then we cut for that, not for the photo.
Three stylists and a colourist, each trained in-house for a year before taking their own clients. They rotate between both studios, so your stylist can see you at either.
One sulphate-free range at the basin, the same one we sell at the counter and online. Nothing on the shelf that we do not use ourselves, and nobody will push a bottle on you at the till.
